The average of fat yield for all, CH and NCH animals was 204.8 (+ 3.0), 205.0 ( + 2.0) and 206.0 (+ 1.6) Kg respectively.
The variations of milk and fat production in different years and seasons was significant. The cows delievered in winter and summer had the highest and lowest milk yields respectively.
